Set your expectations low. The room had an awful odor-stale and must that almost felt unsafe to breath. Upon arrival a spider climbed out of the drain, which was quite jarring and honestly flat out gross. I was nervous to take off my shoes and had to convince myself to get in the bed to sleep. While very reasonable in price, it goes to show that you get what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend and will likely never stay here again. The front desk staff was friendly, and it was close to UofA, which were its only redeeming qualities.

We have mobility limitations that made the parking-to-room issue significant BUT the property maintains a person with a cart who will assist with those transfers at no extra charge (we tipped). Our room was gorgeous, well appointed, and with a lovely little patio overlooking the Tucson skyline.
The dining options were exceptional. Every staff member that we interacted with was warm, helpful and courteous. For the first time in a long time (and much traveling) we felt the true meaning of being a GUEST.
