It’s located behind our mom’s house- she won’t bother you, but will be close by if needed! We are pet friendly, just communicate it with the host beforehand- there will just be a small pet fee & pets must be trained. This studio provides a private washer, dryer, smart tv, bonfire pit, newly constructed kitchen & bath, futon, cook top, retro appliances, & queen sized bed. This cottage is located behind a main house, but everything at the rental is privately yours. You will have your own outdoor section & private entrance into your cottage. The only thing shared is the driveway & yard. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ This unit comfortably situates 2 people, however, the futon is quite comfortable for a kid or someone under 6 ft & willing to accommodate an extra person if needed- please just let us know! 10 mins from Mississippi State University. 15 minutes from Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge. 15 minutes from Downtown Starkville. Located in a quiet area with no traffic- just a lot of nature. You may see deer families & hear the hoots of owls on your stay here with us! \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Pets are allowed, but must be discussed with hosts prior to booking. $50 pet fee must be paid for and pet must be trained. You will be responsible for any damages from pet. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PET ON FURNITURE. No smoking. No unregistered guests. No parties.
