The front patio is maybe 30 feet from the ocean...the complex in general is from the 1970s but is a good spot to base your trip. 2 bars/ restaurants within walking distance. The condo is just steps from the ocean with perfect views of St John. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We sat on the patio each morning drinking our coffee and just looking at the views. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking available. There is a little beach bar in the condo complex which made for a fun beach walk destination. The king bed is super comfortable and the rain shower was lovely. The owner is very nice and super responsive. Red Hook is just a 3 min drive away and offers several restaurant options. Food Center grocery store is less than 10 mins away.
