Each bedroom has a new split A/C unit that is super quiet and cools the room down in minutes. Generally, the ceiling fans provide enough cooling with the breeze from the open sliders in this breezy villa.

The custom designed kitchen has everything you can want and more. Windows overlooking the beautiful courtyard, an island with bar stools, stocked cabinets, granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, wine and margarita glasses, pots/pans, etc. are there if you want to cook some meals! Toaster, blender, coffee maker - you will feel right at home!
