Breathtaking! Very Modern, TOTALLY Renovated, AWESOME Location Beachfront!

MODERN, RENOVATED, UPSCALE tropical condo. Awesome location about as close to the beach as you can get in Cowpet Bay with all the amenities you need! The look is fresh, sleek and modern with some Caribbean blues. Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade if desired, and many chairs for your lounging. There is also an expansive pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink at the beach/pool bar and relax the day away! This resort is located right next door to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences (you can buy a day pass to use their amenities).

Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro, which is open daily 7 am - 6 pm (except Sundays) and 6 pm - 8 pm for pizzas only. The newly renovated beach/pool bar has finally reopened to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day 11 am - 5 pm! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!

If you choose to leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, bars, restaurants, ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.

Island Dream Vacations can assist you in planning other aspects of your vacation, including coordinating grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for boating/fishing excursions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, private massage, dinner reservations, and housekeeping services.

PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate listed is based on 6 guests, $35/night per additional guest ($50/night during holidays), maximum of 8 guests total (6 adults max). Last minute and extended stay discounts offered except on Holiday weeks.

CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60) days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far.

Great vacation!

The condo was in a great location - beautiful beach and pool area that was never very crowded and great restaurants onsite. Easy access to Red Hook, St John ferry and many great beaches. Highly recommend!

Very comfy condo and super convenient location!

We had 9 people staying here (5 adults 4 children under 12) and had plenty of space! The condo is well furnished and has very comfortable beds. It’s a short walk down to the beautiful beach and pool. It is also only a few minute drive to Red Hook for restaurants, groceries and the ferry to explore other islands in the VI’s. Our kids loved exploring around the outside property of the condo - chasing lizards and holding hermit crabs (some who were giant!). We also loved seeing the iguanas down by the pool - they are so cool!Amy was extremely responsive and the check in/out process was seamless! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacay!!

My family spent the week in beautiful St.Thomas!! This condo was exactly how it was described. It was beautiful, updated and most importantly clean. It had breath taking views overlooking Cowpet Bay! With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it accommodated my parents (in their 70’s) and my two children (ages 6 & 10) and my husband and I comfortably. The owners had everything you needed. Beach chairs, beach towels, pool noodles and snorkel gear. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials. Be prepared to walk some steps, but it wasn’t bad at all. Everything you need is at this location. We would definitely stay here again!! Simply beautiful!

Great experience!

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at Blue Water Haven at Cowpet Bay East! The condo was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was spotlessly cleaned, the beds were so comfortable and the condo contained all of the amenities you would want for a comfortable stay! Sangria's on the beach was only steps from our door and provided a great place for breakfast and lunch without having to leave the resort! Amy and Staisha from Island Dream Vacations were GREAT to work with! They responded quickly, provided every tip, trick and instruction prior to our arrival and even coordinated a last-minute Jeep Tour around the island for us! I would recommend them and this beautiful condo again and again!

A wonderful vacation

The condo was as advertised. In wonderful condition with beautiful views of the bay. Amy provided all pertinent information in advance and Staisha was very helpful with any questions/ requests during our stay. Would highly recommend this condo. St. Thomas was beautiful. Great beaches and great food. Several great dining options within 5 minute drive. We had a Jeep, which was great for exploring St. Thomas and St.John islands. Some steep climbs but lots of fun. Beautiful beaches and mountain views. Awesome vacation!

Wonderful week in St Thomas

If I could give 10 stars, I would! This condo is exactly as described, it was clean, cozy and perfectly appointed! Very short drive to Red Hook. The bedrooms/beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy some family meals. The beach chairs and cooler were an added amenity that enhanced our vacation. Communication with the property manager prior to our trip was wonderful as well!

Very nice place to stay

Amy provided a clean, beautifully decorated place for our family to stay during our vacation. Comfortable beds, nice linens, fully equipped kitchen that had everything and more than we needed, and a great location. Cowpet was one of the nicest most relaxing beaches we have ever visited. Amy and her team was very responsive if we had a question. I do like that we had plenty of trash bags, soap, shampoo, dish washing tabs, etc during our stay and did not need to purchase anything further and it helped us keep the place clean as well. Thank you Amy and your team for providing and exceptional vacation rental. I hope we will be able to stay with you again in the future.

INCREDIBLE

This was our first time to St Thomas and this condo was an incredible introduction to the island. Amy was super responsive to some small things that came up. The condo was clean and well stocked. We cooked lovely meals almost every night and the kitchen worked well. It could use a few more cooking utensils but overall worked just fine. We loved eating on the terrace. The upstairs bedroom definitely is warm. Even with the mini split, fans, curtains closed. It cools off by around 8/9pm but mid day is hot. This bedroom also has tiled stairs that do not have a handrail that goes all the way down. My father tripped twice the first day so we switched rooms. If you have an adult with any mobility limitations this may be an issue. Our kids loved the guest room. The location is very convenient. We loved the little beach (especially early in the morning; less seaweed) and the pool. We could easily get to grocery stores, restaurants and other beaches. We will come back to St Thomas and we would 100% rent this condo again.

Crazy eight vacation

We had a truly great time. The condo was perfect. My only issue was the pillows. All needed to be replaced.could have used extra bath towels also. I would definitely stay again. They went out of there way to make it welcoming!!

Our entire family loved the condo and great location to the beach. We took advantage of the pool and location for local restaurants and jumping on the ferry to St. John’s. Family vacation in St Thomas

We had a wonderful time in St Thomas! The condo was perfect and exactly as presented in the pictures online. Our group was my husband and myself, our adult son and his wife and our adult daughter. We had a 3bd/3 bath unit and everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen allowed us to eat some of our meals at home and the living room/dining room and large deck was a great amount of space. The condo also had everything we needed for our vacation—beach towels, chairs, floats, snorkeling equipment and even sunscreen! We were close to the beach and pool, and there were 2 restaurants within walking distance. Everyone had a great time!

Family vacation in St Thomas

We had a great week! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of five. We took our three college age kids so the set up was great for us. It is so convenient to the beach, steps away! Also very nice having Sangrias right there for a quick, casual bite to eat. Amy was super easy and helpful to work with! Will definitely be going back!

GREAT STAY

We have traveled to St. Thomas many times and have stayed in hotels, condos, and homes. This property is exactly as described. Newly renovated unit in Cowpet East. Down a few steps and you are on a very pleasant and quiet beach with beach bar, some watersports, pool and hotub. 5 min drive to red hook and all the restaurants and shopping there. Away from all the cruise ship crowds. Everything in the unit is new and functions well. Management team is professional and very responsive. Exactly as described.

Everything about this place was great! Location was great. Near Red Hook for groceries and restaurants. It’s near popular beaches, and has its own little beach with a couple of great restaurants. The unit was well equipped including beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and a fully stocked kitchen. Saved us hundreds of dollars by not renting them on every beach! Would absolutely recommend this property!
