My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! We loved the location! We were in walking distance of shops, great food and were steps from the sand! The house was clean, and cozy. We’d love to visit again someday! Also, check-in was simple and everything was as described! Would definitely recommend!

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was clean and exactly like the pictures! The location was literally perfect! It’s in walking distance to literally everything!! When we come back to FL we’ll definitely be booking this place again! Highly recommend!

Great Location

Nice little property that is close to everything, the beach, downtown, restaurants, parks. It was clean and our 2 adults and 2 teens fit well. Side note make sure to bring paper products and trash bags, or plan to get some locally. Overall a great place and will look to stay there in the future.

Beautiful Beach

Cleanest beach property we have ever rented not a spec of sand anywhere. House is close to beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal. Furniture is all comfortable. The hot water heater worked sporadically. I did call during our stay about it. I would definitely return

Great Spot for a Small Group

Great convenient location steps to the beach, with beach view from the front porch. Fully stocked kitchen. The pull-out sleeper sofa was a medieval torture device for an adult, so you're better off sleeping on the sofa. Unit was equipped with beach towels and toys. Be advised: hand soap is not provided in the bathroom.

You can’t get any closer!

Wake up in the morning- pour a cup of coffee and step out the front door! That’s why you come here right?! The space is old and outdated. It is however clean. I’m not here to sit in my room. I’m here to sit on the beach. Mission accomplished.

The Perfect Beachside Vacation Location, Location, Location......

Sandy Shores is perfectly located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, literally steps away from the beach. Should you choose to venture away from the beach and the perfectly appointed accommodations, everything you could ever need is within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants, bars, etc. White sugar sand, and gorgeous sunsets. The perfect beach vacation location!

A great location. Our agent Jennifer could not be anymore helpful. She took immediate care of any problems we had. The bathroom could really need some flooring stabilization before someone gets hurt. The linoleum is in bad shape. Other wise it is a great place to stay. Again, Thanks ! Jennifer

Great location!

Lets start with the best point, location. This is a small, old school house thats been split into 2 units. Not even close to high end. HVAC was better than any window unit. Front door had a number pad for entry. Way better than a key. First room is an old porch with ceiling fan converted to the TV room. Very basic tv. Tubi and Pluto. TV was quirky to use, just like the T-stat. Next came the dining room with closest. Next a small bathroom that needed some TLC. Floors not level and sink pulling off the wall! Small shower. Next was the bedroom with a dresser, which served our purposes. Then the kitchen with full sized frig and gas stove. Felt odd to go through the bedroom to reach the kitchen! No dishwasher. Both inside and out could use some paint. A few select beach items included. Vinyl floor throughout was ripped and dirty. Again, its all about the location. I'd have to say the worst part was the noise from the street. The front door had big gaps. And Kendall St. is the main access point to the beach for the Clearwater Parks and Rec department. Beach trash vehicle, tractor with beach comber, police UTV's, Skid steers. If you saw it on the beach, it probably came by this unit. Sometimes around 5-6am! :( You do have your own parking space. Condo right next door has a diesel engine for the fire system. One day they fired it up. The whole place vibrated from the exhaust pipe aimed at the house! I don't know how often they run this, but once was too many times. All-in-all, I'm on the fence whether I'd be back. The price and location make for a tempting combination.
