Across from John's Pass Cottage by the Pass offers all the charm of days gone by as well as all the modern conveniences. Cottage by the Pass is located just steps from the white sand, with no streets to cross. Across the street is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Inside you'll find a spacious studio apartment that features a full kitchen, comfortable living area, queen sized bed in sleeping area and large bathroom with walk-in closet. The Cottage is equipped with WiFi and Google YoutubeTV. Outside the double french doors our guests enjoy the large private balcony that offers a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf. The balcony is approx. 400 sq ft, partially covered to allow for a great dining spot. If you are booking through VRBO - it will be transferred over to Vicinity Vacation Rentals for concierge service, to make final payment and to receive Final Instructions. You will be receiving emails from: vicinityvacationrentals@resorplanet.com Pets (small dogs) considered $100 Fee. Sorry no cats. If you would like to bring your small dog, please inquire first before you book.
