Aug 20, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Super Wintergarten, Interieur nicht das beste Die Lage der Wohnung bzw.des Hauses direkt hinter dem Deich ist sehr praktisch. Man kann dadurch sehr einfach auf dem Deich spazieren gehen und durch die Dünen direkt zum Strand. Es gibt in dem Bereich auch einige Dünen, die man betreten darf. Ein Bäcker und Restaurant sind auch nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Wintergarten ist genial. Die meiste Zeit im Haus haben wir uns dort aufgehalten, z.B. zum Essen. Das Interieur der Wohnung ist z.T. neu, z.T. älter mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren, speziell im Bad. Die neuen Möbel im Schlafzimmer wirken nicht sehr hochwertig. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, aber der Eingangsbereich im Haus, außerhalb der Wohnung war nicht sauber: Kleinere Papierfetzen und Sand, lagen dort bei unserer Ankunft herum und wurden bis zu unserer Abreise neun Tage später auch nicht entfernt. Die Wohnungstür liegt unpraktisch hinter der Haustür. Die Türschwellen, auch im Haus haben deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, sind etwas angegraut. Der Gartenschuppen aus Plastik für die Fahrräder ist zu klein und war aussen mit Grünalgen bewachsen, nicht sehr gepflegt. Es standen auch zwei angerostete Fahrräder darin. Wir haben unsere Räder daher im Freien abgestellt. Die Lage des Hauses und der Wintergarten machen diese kleinen Nachteile aber mehr als wett. ##### Thomas S. Die Ferienwohnung lag für uns perfekt direkt hinter dem Deich. Danach läuft man durch die Dünen bis ans Wasser. In einem kleinen Einkaufsladen, der gleich um die Ecke zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, erhält man frische Brötchen und das notdürftigste, was man sonst so braucht.
