All in all think the room is too expensive for what it is, its a small room with a small double bed ( only access from one side as pushed against the wall ) and in general it needs a bit of love and a lick of paint. We had no soap in the bathroom - just shower gel in a dispenser in the shower ! Damp and mould in and around the shower. The shaving light above the bathroom mirror did not work, the tv aerial was useless as could not hear anything above the loud buzzing noise and we had to turn the duvet completely around before getting into bed as the duvet cover was open at the top end with the duvet hanging out! But the icing on the cake was when we tried to check out at 10am the whole pub was closed up and there was nowhere to leave the key. The accommodation is cosy - you can only access one side of the double bed - but well equipped. Ensuite toilet and shower, TV and free mini-breakfast. Although the room was clean, it was very tired and needed a complete refurb.
