The athletics track and Lake St. Moritz are right on the doorstep. Shopping facilities, several restaurants and cross-country ski trails are just a few minutes walk away. The Signalbahn cable car, which takes you to the Corviglia ski area, can be easily reached on foot or by bus.  
  
Functional 2-room vacation apartment on the 3rd floor. Living/dining room with integrated fold-away bed. Covered balcony with view of the Engadine mountains. Renovated kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate double bedroom. Elevator in the house, limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved). Fitness room for public use is located in the vacation apartment house..
