Special mention goes out to Eric in the ski and boot area and also to the spa personnel. The restaurants were excellent and the room housekeepers were also excellent. Unfortunately the front desk management is not as professional as the staff. Upon check in they offered a reduced price room upgrade for 100 Swiss franc per night additional, but at check out they charged us 400 per night Swiss franc. Then argued with us when we raised it with them that this was not as stated. They couldn’t get in touch with the person who checked us in either. Not what you would expect from this grade of hotel.
