There was a cough drop on the floor by the bed and long hairs on the bathroom floor. Not sure the floors had been cleaned. When we plugged devices in the lamp outlet, they fell back out. The tv didn't work, had to ask twice for someone to reset it. Didn't realize there was no housekeeping during our 3 day stay. The faucets in the bathtub were so loose, i thought they'd come off. And the toilet paper was so thin! I hesitated to write this because usually I just let things go, but all added up, I think it needs attention. We went with the Wyndham name. Should have double-checked. First room they put us in had stuff all over the floor and missing bed sheets, pillows, towels - as if someone had a bed party. Second room smelled horribly of mold. Lobby smelled of someone smoking pot. Cigarette butts and chicken wings all over the ground near doors. Brass light fixtures spray painted black to appear updated. Upon check out the manager was in the lobby and called for Janelle, who never showed. After 2 minutes neither the manager or front desk staff showed up. I left my keys at the computer and walked out. Staff not interested in working. This hotel is beyond old and gross.
