The parking process was a little confusing, but the staff was super helpful, and got it figured out for us! The TV and the WiFi were a bit slow, but thats literally the only thing that wasnt great! The gym was super nice, the room was super nice, and clean. Conveniently located within walking distance of Busch Stadium, and the Arch, we would definitely stay again, if ever back in STL.

We attended the AC/DC. I felt the staff handled the large amount of people very well. Check in line was long but for me went smoothly. The wait didn’t seem very long. All the staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful.

The hotel was great and great location! Handling the concert crowd for the elevator was horrible . Scanning your card before a floor can be pushed in a cramped elevator is crazy.. the AC goes off during the night so we woke up hot . But other than that great place to stay. Safe and clean

The staff were amazing! Our room was not as expected for the price. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the bathroom was extremely small. I know this sounds funny, but we had to fill the ice bucket with water just to flush toilet paper down the toilet. It was not a good system. We used the valet parking service, and it was exceptional. We stayed for a concert that was at America’s Dome and the location was very convenient, but I would stay at a different courtyard by Marriott. Our room was a downer.

The hotel is located in the middle of the town where you can walk to the baseball stadium and other tourist attractions. The downside is that the restroom door made a lot of noise when open it was dragging the floor and the check in is at 4 and the checked out time was at 11 instead of 12. They do hold your items for you if you want to go explore the city while you wait for your room and after you checked out.

The room was quite large and clean. The bathroom has plenty of space and fluffy towels, no vent though. Concierge desk was friendly at check in. Took it down to 4 overall due to the restaurant in the lobby having a lack of organization or customer service. The waiter was awesome, just over worked with the amount of patrons.
