Communication with the owner was fast every single time I had a question. The property was in great shape and it fit our needs perfectly. I was traveling with my 19 year old son and my 78 year old mom on this trip. We traveled by train from Little Rock and then caught an Uber whenever we needed to go somewhere. We visited for the holidays and hosted our daughter and her housemates for Christmas dinner. We appreciated the dedicated parking and the quiet building. It's a simple space but a fun one to inhabit. The area is pretty quiet, but Small Batch across the street has great vegetarian food and excellent whisky; Egg down the block serves a good breakfast.
