The cottage is well equipped and clean; the grounds are beautiful. One of our reasons for choosing SeaBreeze was because it has a back generator, which was needed when we lost power one evening. The gated entrance and being close, but not too close, to town were also welcomed features. Tara and James were very responsive with any questions. Quiet and private location. The entire property is fully enclosed and gated. We noticed the property has a brand new back up generac generator which gave us peace of mind. Plenty of space to spread out and the screened in porch was awesome to hang out in. We grilled outside under the covered canopy next the pool and it was picture perfect. The unit is fully air conditioned but the sea breeze cooled us off and we never touched the AC. Outstanding views of all the islands off of Cruz Bay. Close to beaches and shops. Very nice pool to dip in after the beach and enjoy the sunset. Tara’s communication made the check in process flawless and easy. Great host!! I will be booking again for next year. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. Beach and snorkel gear were provided along with chairs and towels which made our life a lot easier and saved time dealing with rental gear. \*\*\*\*\* rating across the board. ##### Jeff l. The kitchen is large & airy with great appliances and pretty much everything you need in the way of pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, flatware, glasses and dishes. Tara brought us organic bananas from one if theyur trees, and gave us a tour of the karger, 2 bedroom cottafe, which is stunning.
