Situated in the Ayr part of St Ives, this two storey end of terrace holiday cottage is set away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre in St Ives, with its own private parking and sunny terrace for spending relaxing evenings after a busy day exploring the local attractions. With spacious, open-plan living accommodation on the ground floor, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, there’s all you need here.  
  
GROUND FLOOR:  
  
Open Plan Living/Dining/Kitchen: Gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Air- Fryer washing machine. Corner sofa, dining table and chairs for four, Sky Glass TV with Sky package and Bluetooth speaker, French doors to garden.  
  
FIRST FLOOR:  
  
Bedroom 1: King size bed (5’), bedside units, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV with Amazon Firestick. En Suite Shower Room: Walk-in cubicle with thermostatic shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.  
  
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3’), bedside unit, chest of drawers, TV, DVD player and mini sound-system.  
  
Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over with additional hand-held shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail, shaver socket.  
  
GARDEN & PARKING: Pretty, paved terrace with garden seating and decked area which is fully enclosed. One allocated private parking space in communal car park.  
  
Pets: Max 2 dogs allowed - £25 per dog per week charge  
  
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided at the property.  
  
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included. Gas-fired central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor. Heated towel rail in bathrooms.
