The location was ideal - a short walk or drive to the shops and cafés in St Helens and only 10 minutes drive from the Bay of Fires. It looked like the rooms had only been roughly cleaned no attention to detail. Staff were friendly and helpful. I think that in the summer months it would be a much nicer place to stay .
