"Sunshine Oasis" is a 2,692 sq foot, 4-bedroom, 4.5 -bathroom luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Great Condo in Fantastic Location

The owners of this condo should be proud. We had four couples stay in this clean, spacious, well-decorated and wonderfully stocked unit. The Ledges location in the St. George area is perfect, and the unit itself is located across the street from the pool and hot tub area. The outside deck upstairs has an outdoor gas firepit table, a propane heater and nice furniture. Overall, we couldn't ask for more in a rental and look forward to future stays in this exact same condominium.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a beautiful place to stay. There were nice trails and views right outside. All of us had plenty of space. Very clean, organized, and labeled especially in the kitchen. We cooked using the kitchenware that was there. Already planning our next trip back.

We have been gathering together as a family for a few years now, and this is by far our most favorite unit. It was absolutely clean, organized and things were labeled. Back for a second time!

We liked this property so much we came back for a second time. We were excited to see the owners had upgraded the outdoor furniture. Clean and comfortable. The A/C went out on our first night in the unit however they were able to get a repairman in to get it fixed the next day. Thx!

What a wonderfully relaxing vacation property! We had plenty of room for our large family and all the conveniences of home. We were close to the pool, parks and trails. We had a small issue at the beginning of our stay with checking in, but Ledges was prompt to resolve the issue and very accommodating. WE LOVED IT. We will most definitely return and recommend Ledges to friends and family.

Great rental in sunny St George!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental- it was immaculate, tastefully decorated, well stocked for a large group, and the best organized of any rental we’ve stayed in! Everything was labeled so it was easy to put things back where they belonged. The pool was just down the street, which was very convenient. We chose this rental for our family because of the bikes, basketball hoop and pickle ball paddles in the garage, ping pong table and board and card games inside, so that our kids would have plenty of activities to keep them busy when we weren’t on outings, and we were very grateful we did! I was happy there were no video gaming systems there because we wanted our stay to be as screen-free as possible. We would definitely choose to stay here again on any future visits to St. George!

Red Rock weekend

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in. Everything was impeccably clean and spacious. The unit is very tastefully decorated and was comfortable for our extended family weekend. Everything is labeled in the house from the light switches to the towels to the dishes which I really appreciated. I have never seen a kitchen better supplied. As a person who likes to cook, I was glad that we had everything there we needed. We love being enough out of town that it was quiet but only 10 min away if we needed to run to the store. We will definitely rent here again and are even hoping a unit opens up for us to purchase. ThanksLedges

Lovely stay at the Ledges

We love the Ledges for location, nice pools and Pickleball courts. This is a beautiful unit with loads of space, some nice extra amenities (my boys loved the ping pong table and mini basketball set), and a well stocked kitchen (tons of plates and cutlery and high quality knives, which are rare to find in vacation rentals). We’ll happily rent this condo on our next visit to St. George!
