It is located on the main floor. Their are still 11 stairs outside before you reach building entrance. There is easy access parking right in front of the building. This unit has a remodeled kitchen and flooring. It also has all new furniture and appliances. It has a clean, open, comfortable, modern feeling with vaulted ceilings and a deck to enjoy the sun. For your viewing enjoyment a 65" flat screen TV is in the living room. There is a large fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Some extra special touches include a Keurig and an air fryer. Large bathroom with full sized shower/tub combo. Pool towels are also supplied for use in club house. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 4 people with a very comfortable new king size bed in the master bedroom. The sofa pulls out into a bed to sleep two additional people. Extra blankets are provided. You also have access to a new washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience.. We offer free High speed wireless. Also included is Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more. Resort amenities include: \-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools. \-2 large Pools (18+ pool -not heated and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend. \-2 Jacuzzi's - open year round NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. Very clean, comfortable bed and moderately priced. My husband and I are seniors. The tub is lower and reasonable to get into. It would have been helpful to have a bar in the the tub for safety reasons. Loved the amenities offered at the property, especially the lap adult only pool. We were there after Labor Day and so not as crowded on the property which we enjoyed. Close to golf courses. The balcony is accessed through the bedroom and gets sun most of the day. I was pleasantly surprised. Location is 30 min from Zion’s north entrance and 50 minutes to the south entrance. Lots of restaurants and shopping options.
