Spacious, Hidden Gem at Point Vista!

Located in the heart of Dixie, sits this beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground level condo. This vacation home accommodates 4-6 people and is just steps away from a semi-private heated pool and hot tub. Perfect for a quick getaway with endless recreational activities, shopping, restaurants, and golf courses.
This is a smaller complex that offers a cozy, quiet, spacious unit with plenty of parking. Guests will have access to WiFi, smart TV's in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private patio with a BBQ grill. This unit is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs. BEST of all no outrageous additional host fees! Well taken care of property being privately owned and managed.

Super cute place and bigger that expected. The pool was really cold but luckily for us it was 95 degrees most days. It would’ve been a bummer had the weather been colder. But it might get heater later in the year, I’m not sure. There was a small hiccup with checking in and the code, but the host was quick to call us back when they realized there was an issue. Really nice and taken care of, and in a great are. We would stay again and recommend for others!

The home had some nice features but also a few issues during our stay. It was quiet, easy to access, and had plenty of parking. We appreciated that everything was on one level, and the second bedroom bed was comfortable and fairly firm. The home had most basic necessities (although I would recommend packing scissors as we couldn’t find any,) and the TV worked well. The host was responsive and had the hot tub issue addressed quickly after we reported it late in the evening.A few things could use improvement. The couch and metal dining chairs were not very comfortable, and the master bedroom bed had a noticeable sag. Some dishes still had food residue when we arrived, and the wood threshold between the carpet and laminate in the second bedroom appeared broken and felt like a tripping hazard. The home could also use some cosmetic touch-ups such as paint and patching.When we arrived, the hot tub was not heating and the pool had quite a bit of tree debris and a cleaner that didn’t appear to be working. The owner had both addressed the next day, which we appreciated, though it ended up being too late in our stay for us to use them.For accessibility, the home is all on one level, but the tubs require stepping in and the sinks are not wheelchair accessible.

I struggle to give more than 3 stars. We arrived to an almost unlit parking lot. When we went to walk on the sidewalk to go to the condo, there was a small remodel/construction mess with extension cords etc we had to step over. We get inside and the first thing we noticed is a broken window blind that was falling down. The condo was fairly clean. It is definitely an older condo that has had some remodeling done. There was a dog in the condo above us we could hear. The bed we slept in was very comfortable and we did sleep well. It is a small condo. I wouldn’t say it was horrible by no means just not.what we expected.

Wonderful condo in St George. Fully equiped kitchen and nice furniture. I really appreciated being at a smaller condo complex in the area. It was quiet and felt more secure than the larger ones. Definitely plan to book a return stay.

We had a great time. Location was close to everything we wanted.The property was reasonably priced compared for a 2 bed/bath..It was;Nice & CleanGood response from host.A couple things are getting close to needing....Carpets need cleaning2nd bedroom needs room in closet for hanging clothes. A lovely condo - appointed well

We stayed in this condo for five days, and though we were sightseeing etc., when we returned 'home' the condo had everything we needed. The bed is unbelievably comfortable ... and communication with the owner is very good. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at this St. George VRBO. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood and was close to the most beautiful parks to explore. The host was very responsive and easy to reach when we had questions. Would love to return inn the future.

I will stay here again. The hot tub was conveniently located to the condo, and the condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the owner's willingness to give us a late checkout.

Great winter getaway

We loved staying at this location. It was close to the national parks and downtown. The property manager was very timely in responses. Since it was on the bottom floor we could hear footsteps above but it was never loud enough to be a bother or wake us up. We enjoyed the hot tub and we're expecting to use the heated pool but the maintenance worker let us know it is not heated during January and February so thats one thing to be aware of. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Tech savvy

Very clean, comfortable space. Had everything we needed. Even cooked Thanksgiving dinner there! We are not tech savvy so it took some time working the thermostat and smart TVs. (Smarter than us obviously!)
