Both front door and side entry door should work with the same entry code. Must enter from side door. Only 2 bathrooms and common area bathroom very small. Did call twice about entry and no wifi but figured both out on our own. Would have liked a phone call to chk if things were working. Wifi had to be unplugged and such once we found it.
