With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms your group will thoroughly enjoy their stay with all this space. Step outside and you enjoy the updated facilities at the Las Palmas Resort.

We like to say this is condo is "vintage". It's very traditional and comfortable for everyone. Come enjoy an amazing space, view and a relaxing vacation while having a good time with all the wonderful amenities at the Las Palmas resort. This condo has a great floor plan with NO BUNK BEDS. We have 2 master bedrooms with KING beds and private bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has 2 QUEEN beds side by side and a full bathroom across the hall. With an extra large open concept living room & kitchen PLUS a full size laundry room and an incredible view of Southern Utah's red mountains --- we think you will enjoy the cozy comforts provided. Not to worry - we have incredible internet speeds with the new fiber.

Master bathroom shower had mold. The other bedroom with tub and shower would not drain properly. You would be standing in the water while showering. Dishwasher did not clean the dishes. Had to wash by had. Aside from that the unit is very roomy and well furnished with a beautiful view in an easy location to reach.

Not on bottom level, nor is it "newer". Dishwasher was full of dried-on dirty dishes. Crumbs all around the toaster. Hair in the sheets. Heater didnt work in main living area or master room.

View was incredible, location was perfect. Listing says bottom level, that made us think it was ground level, but it is not. The gym did not open until 9am and others stated that we would need a special key to enter anyway, so that was disappointing. The condo was great, the water heater didn't work and thar in itself was not a huge issue, since we assume that just happened. But the communication was rough. We had a busy schedule and i text at 7am saying that there was no hot water, got a reply at 8:06. Saying to check to see if we are out of hot water and check the breaker. I checked the breaker and it was fine. Then @8:25am they all for a picture of the water heater and wanted me to look at it and see if anything looked wrong. I texta picture and said no all is good except the date written on the water heater says it is 12 years old. They text back at 12:30pm saying thank you they are contraband maintenence. Then 5 minutes later they all of we had any faucets that had a hot and cold switch. I replied no and they said ok, we are trying to trouble shoot, I will let maintenence know. @12:40pm. At 2:15 they said they would have someone out there between 11am and 1pm the next day. When we got back at 2:15pm they were there replacing the hot water heater. It just felt like they should have just sent someone out and not waiting to schedule it until the afternoon. We had 48 hours with ice cold showers, and so much back and forth for my vacation.

Wonderful place !

We stayed here for six of days after a medical emergency changed our plans for holiday travel. The location was great; quiet but close to places we wanted to go and a cool view of the city and surrounding mountains/deserts. This place was WAY larger than it looked in the pictures! It felt like luxury after being in moderate priced hotels. We brought a lot of stuff from home to cook but we didn't need a lot of it. The kitchen was stocked well beyond our expectations as far as utensils, stove top/bakeware, and appliances were concerned. Everything was clean and comfortable for us which made our holiday so much better and a little less stressful. It was like home away from home after having to change plans last minute. Thank you to our hosts !

Spacious

The condo was very spacious and offered plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for my party. The condo is on the older side and shows lots of wear and tear, but it was clean and had everything we needed.
