This quiet condo is located in Sports Village Resort, 860 S Village Road, Saint George, UT, 84770. Located on the main level with easy access parking right outside your door. It is a quiet corner unit with nobody above you and includes a private balcony with a great view as well. The kitchen has new appliances including Flat top stove, Refrigerator and dishwasher for your private cooking experience. Kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc. are supplied. Pool towels are also supplied for use in clubhouse. You also have private access to a new washer/dryer located in closet on deck for your convenience.

The view from the bedroom balcony is private and gorgeous with a breathtaking view of Pine Mountain. You'll have a queen size bed and a comfortable sofa with pull out memory foam queen size sleeper. There are extra sheets & blankets provided for the sofa bed. High speed wireless internet is provided along with a 50" 4K Smart TV in Living room as well as a 27" wall mounted TV in Bedroom with Hulu live on both. All included at no additional cost streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment.

There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check-in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival. You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get way more. Resort amenities include:
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round as long as outside temps are 45 degrees or higher.
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.
