Extremely cleaned and well stocked - kitchen (utensils, pots, pans, spices, cooking oil, coffee, and more, pool towels/toys, board games, playing cards - everything you could want for a stay. Plenty of room. It was just my wife and I, but comfortable for more with the two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two bunk beds.
