Amenities include two pools and two hot tubs (heated year-round and swim towels provided), clubhouse (ping-pong, foosball, and a kitchen for outdoor parties), a fishing pond (stocked with fish Nov-May), hiking spots (Pioneer Park, Snow Canyon, and Zion National Park), golfing, boating (Sand Hollow) and more! In this property, we have implemented our signature clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances including a coffee maker, blender, electric griddle and fry pan, waffle iron as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home! Don\`t forget the front porch grill! The pantry is stocked with basic spices, portable coolers, plastic baggies, Tupperware, foil, and plastic wrap so you can pack a lunch for your hike! There is also a highchair and booster seat for toddlers if needed. The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. We have included a baby walker, portable crib, children\`s books, toys, and a cupboard full of family games. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs. For large parties or outdoor picnics, there is a folding table and chairs available along with plenty of outdoor seating and patio furniture. An open floorplan allows for large groups to socialize and entertain, but the living room area is separate enough from the kitchen to not have the TV be bothersome when on. This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. Guests will also have access to the many amenities including, 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, and the clubhouse that is equipped with games, foosball, and more! See some of our adventures @casadelosos. The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room. We have supplied the following for your use: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, pool floaters, indoor toddler toys, outdoor badminton set, portable folding table, and chairs, games and puzzles, Netflix, and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a soft-sided cooler and ice packs, toddler booster seat, wine glasses, coffee machine and filters, crockpot, electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils. Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am. For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 west) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters. If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 per pet will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation. This house had anything and everything you would need, down to fishing poles to use in the pond. The pools/clubhouse were just down the street, so my kids could walk there. The house had lots of space and was very clean. I loved that we could cook, and grill, three nights that we were there. We did go to dinner one night, in st George, just to see what was around. We go to St George every winter to get away from the cold up north and while the weather this time was not what we expected, this place was beyond what we expected. You don't want to book this place if you want to have lots of space, from a great sized living room area to a beautiful kitchen and all the included stuff you would want to have! You need a ziplock, yep, it's there! You need some olive oil, it was there too! We just kept finding new things that you would rarely see anywhere else. The house was clean and beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the fireplace while we watched a movie one cool night. The house literally had everything we needed. It was one of the only houses in the neighborhood that had a lawn and the kids had fun playing catch and wrestling around. We also enjoyed the many board games there. The pool was walkable and was a great temperature for us even when it wasn’t very warm out. My boys enjoyed the ping pong table in the clubhouse as well. It was great to have the dirt across the street to park extra vehicles and RV’s. It fit two families comfortably and the location was great. We will definitely stay here again. The house is about 45 minutes away from Zion & 2 hours from Bryce. As soon as we walked in to the home we were so impressed with how clean it was and it’s fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The house is BEAUTIFUL, it has very nice open layout, plenty of space for everyone, washer & dryer complete with detergents so you can leave with clean laundry. There’s a community pool which we weren’t able to use because we were pressed for time but the homeowners were gracious enough to provide us with towels & pool toys. The owners & property managers are so nice, they responded promptly to my reservation requests & the property manager is easy to reach if you have any questions. My whole family loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Casa Del Osos made our first trip to Utah special & truly memorable! The town home was beautifully furnished. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to get to the Tuacahn Center, Brick Oven and the Black Bear Diner in just a short driving time. Easy to find and close enough to shopping for convience. We found everything clean and in order. Everything that we was told was accurate and easy to understand. My only suggestion would be to supply a fan for the back bedroom. We found it to be a little warm. When we turned to air up for that end of the home and Master area was extremely cold.
