The home has been completely remodeled, plenty of parking and is pet friendly. No more than 2 blocks away from the beach (entrance at that!). That alone is worth getting this house but the only thing and the only reason we gave it a 4/5 stars is because the house inside is not entirely “new”. It was clean don’t get me wrong but very old or at least not modern. The shower, the ceiling corners, the lamps, sometimes had spider webs and it just felt old or cozy. If you don’t mind staying in a place that’s not modern then for sure get this place. There was plumbing issue and we couldn’t flush the toilet the first night and half a day BUT the host had a plumber come as soon as we told her. A very sweet host that actually picked up the phone when we had emergencies so I appreciated that greatly. Again and how I can end this review is….if you only care for location and comfortability get this house.
