Steps to the non-driving section of the beach!

The house was designed by local Architect Bryan McCloskey with interior designers A B Connor & Associates, the house is both beautiful and functional with views from every room. The house has high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Note, we DO NOT allow pets!
The first floor provides covered parking, two hot water outdoor showers, and covered outdoor living space that seats six people. The backyard is fully fenced has a swimming pool and fire pit. The second floor houses the kitchen, living room, an outdoor deck, a powder room, a laundry room, and the master bedroom (pillow top queen sized bed) with an incredible en suite bathroom.
The third floor has two bedrooms and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has a two twin beds and a TV.
Finally, the third floor tower room is the ideal space to view the coastline, play games, or relax and read a book.

What a wonderful house. It is so close to the beach. The pool was very nice and it is only 10 minutes from historic Saint Augustine. We had a fantastic time.

Amazing Vacation

Hornski's Lounge Grand Opening!

This is an amazing property in a fantastic location. For the price its a steal. I loved the walk in shower and spend hours on the patio by the pool. I cannot wait to go back!

Perfect Location

This house was clean, beautiful, and in a great location! Restaurants and shops are walkable and we loved the Farmers Market. Only a few steps to the beach, but we did enjoy the pool as well. We will definitely be back!

Perfect long weekend

Second year staying here on a long weekend to wrap up the summer. House has everything you need, host responsive, no issues, centrally located to restaurants and steps to the beach! Pool is wonderful. People watching on the front deck and you can hear the ocean!

Great family beach trip

We loved this house. It was very clean, and so much stuff was provided: everything from kitchen utensils to coffee filters to beach chairs and beach towels. The walk to the beach is very short and easy.

Perfect place to stay in St Augustine!

Beautiful home, perfectly located to walk out and spend the day at the beach! Private backyard and sweet pool if you want to skip the beach. Two outdoor showers, one by the pool and one out front to shower off the sand from the beach! We stayed here with our family of 6 and we loved it. Walked to numerous great restaurants!

Love St. Augustine

Love the St. Augustine area and this house! The house is well-maintained and just a few steps from the beach. We love the view from the porch. The private pool is a bonus! This year more beach supplies were added…another bonus.

Great weeklong vacation

We had a wonderful week in St Augustine, my husband, myself, and our kids! This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and it didn’t fail to meet all of our needs. The owners were excellent at communicating if we had questions or concerns and helped us surprise our daughter with balloons upon our arrival on her birthday! We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfectly located St Augustine getaway!

House is just what we needed for a perfect getaway to St. Augustine Beach. Everything was clean and in good working order. Made great use of the pool and the "ring and hook game".

Great location and inside was very clean back yard and pool area clean. I would have given a 5 star except many of the chairs were broken and new build next door that was loud during the day and workers working up high watching us at the pool.

Great house & location

This house worked out great for the 6 of us. You can’t much better with the location to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops & ice cream shops. We walked to all of them. The house is very clean & has a well stock kitchen. Pool area is very nice. We loved sitting out on the front deck in the morning with our coffee & watching the sunrise. Phil the owner is great to work with if you have any issues. The grill & patio furniture are pretty worn but we still sat out by the pool & grilled. Thanks again for a great stay.
