The Layout: MASTER BEDROOM: 1 Queen. 2ND BEDROOM: 1 Twin daybed. Bathroom: Full bath with walk in shower. PARKING: You may park 1 car in the driveway on the Pelican Way side of the house. It is important not to put grease or solid foods of any size down the kitchen drain, and no foreign objects or paper towels down the toilet. \*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49\. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). \*IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. There is a Ring camera on the front exterior of the house overlooking the street and front yard, and a 2nd Ring camera overlooking the back of the house, the driveway and the street. We only have these 2 exterior cameras. They are in place for your security and the security of the home. There is a home that very recently was built across the street and partly inhibits ocean views, but not completely. Single-ply toilet paper only! This home is on septic, so the plumbing is very delicate. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Pack N Play Available Upon Request with 48 hours notice. Dogs are not allowed in this property. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
