Excellent property for families and those traveling with dogs. Pool was wonderful. Three separate fenced-in yard spaces was ideal for traveling with multiple dogs. Communication with host was above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

#### Beautiful Home and Awesome Host!

This home was wonderful for our family. Our son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter from Texas were able to join us for vacation, so the apartment was just perfect for them! When we got to the home, it was storming. Upon entering the house, we found it VERY CLEAN, but rather warm inside . There was a lot of lightning and the power flickered a few times. My husband discovered the air wasn't working, and the unit looked new. We contacted Sara, and she was there in 5 minutes! The HVAC mechanic was there within 30 minutes. Sara and her husband made us comfortable for the night by bringing in fans and window units. The HVAC mechanic and Sara's husband were there the next morning before 8:30 am with a new AC unit! This was so awesome!!! We were very pleased with Sara's quick response to this matter. Sara and her husband did everything within their power to make us comfortable and make sure our stay was wonderful. It truly was! :-)

#### Family Spring break vacay

This property was spacious, clean, close to town yet far enough away to enjoy life. The heated pool was a bonus for our family. Sara (the owner) was helpful and responsive. When we come back to the are we will definitely look this place up first!!

This was probably the best VRBO experience that I've ever had. Sara was so helpful and organized and literally thought of everything to help make our vacation a wonderful experience! My family is already talking about booking this same house again for our vacation next year! Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time and the house was awesome. It was big enough and had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The pool was great and lots of fun things to do in St. Augustine. We would definitely stay there again. The house was fully equipped with everything you will need.

Great location and property was awesome! Everything we needed was there for our stay. The house was beautiful and there were plenty of activities with the pool, pool table and other games. Would highly recommend a stay for anyone wanting to visit the St. Augustine area.

#### Perfect place for large family vacation

We had a group of 11 consisting of 9 adults and 1 kid and 1 toddler. It was a combined family vacation with my immediate family, my parents and siblings and their partners, and my in-laws. This place was met with great praise the family, and had something (and space) for everyone for the age range within our party - one level, multiple exits to the back and side yard patios, game room with billiards table and dart board, 2 TV rooms, board games, large dining table, and not to mention the pool and outdoor grill. There was really something for everyone. We spent most of the time relaxing at the house, and when we ran into unexpected wifi issues, Sara and her team were on top if it immediately. She was responsive, quick to resolve, and kind. The property is also located in an area 10-15 minutes from the historic district, and 5-10 minutes from Butler Beach. We visited over Spring Break and celebrated Easter at a church 1 mile down the road. It is centrally located and close to Publix grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, CVS, and other shops and restaurants. I highly recommend renting this property. If we ever visit again, we will definitely consider this property again.

#### Outstanding House with an amazing pool!

I rented this property because my 85 year old parents can't do steps and needed a ranch type set up. This was better than I ever imagined. The attached guest apartment was great for my parents. The main house was large and spacious for the rest of the family. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The pool was large and heated, with a nice walk in access. The yard is huge and fenced, which was great for our dogs. The house had a pool table and plenty of games to keep us entertained at night. The main bedroom had a very large and nice tv for watching separate of the rest of the family. Any issues we had Sara responded immediately. The furniture was very comfortable in both the main house and the apartment. The house was a 15 min drive to the beaches or restaurants around St. Augustine, so it was very convenient. I would highly recommend this property, for the space and location this is a steal!

#### Best Vacation Ever!

This house has everything you want and need for the perfect vacation. The pool was so nice. The outdoor spaces were great to take a break. The games and pool table kept everyone entertained. TVs in all the rooms. It is located close to everything. The kitchen had everything you needed. We are already planning for a two week vacation for next year at this place! Loved it! The mother-in-law suite was perfect for quite time and very spacious. Perfect for grandparents
