Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment). The unit is equipped with a full bath. The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience. The cottage is on the second floor, so if, like me, you overpack, be aware :) The kitchen was stocked with basics, and there are laundry facilities under the stairs. The laundry was a blessing to us. The best part about the cottage is the location. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and coffee, and even the tours we took. It was ideal. ##### Edith B. Kristen was very responsive and gave very clear instructions with check in and check out. It is walking distance to everything and just a short 10 minute drive to the beach.
