Needs some maintenance. Example, faucet not attached to the sink, no handle on the tub faucet, clearly new flooring pulled up by bed frames, etc. Needs lots of paint. Breakfast was marginal -- not many choices. Beds were clean and comfortable. Very little outside noise.

Lighting sucked in the room. Key cards didn't work very well. Floor tiles cracked in bathroom. Spots on bed spread. Breakfast was ok after I got them to fill both coffee pots. Biscuits were dense and cold. A lady in front of us had trouble getting waffle out of waffle iron stuck real bad. When I used it I had to look for the non stick spray and found it in a drawer. I noticed lady putting it back in drawer after I was done like were not supposed to use it.

Air in room worked great! Bedspreads had stains, room stunk heavily of a man’s cologne nasty smell. Toilet paper holder has been broken and screwed back to wall with the wall being damaged. Furniture had stains and knocks all looked very worn… wouldn’t stay there again. The second shift desk woman was pretty rude… I mean if u dislike your job so much go find a different one where can at least smile….

It's a good location. If you need to get on US65, it's easy. There's a stoplight if you need to make a left turn. There is a supermarket, McDonalds, and a convivence store nearby. It's a two story property with no elevator. The washer / dryer is free, but make sure the washer kicks on before leaving. My room, the towel rack fell off since the screws were loose. I tightened them up, but they're still loose. Not sure if they need larger screws or not. The door latch had loose screws with even after tightening were still loose. Whole property needs a refresh.

Do not recommend. It smelled terrible, didn't feel safe, wasn't clean, staff appears to be miserable & we heard a supervisor yelling at housekeeping right in front of our door. Very sketchy place, not children friendly.

I had to get another key key card once cause mine didn’t work, luckily my mom was in the room to let me back in. We also were having some problems with both keys afterwards. It took awhile for it to connect to open the door.

This hotel does not need to be an Expedia property. From the rude and indignant desk staff, to the poor condition of the hotel, this property does not deliver a "quality experience" at any level. No elevator, smoking allowed in rooms, and the overall condition of the property is truly one-star. Avoid at all cost!

The TV did not work our entire stay. And they were doing construction on the back side of the hotel right behind our room and I was woken up by what sounded like a jackhammer at 8:00 a.m. after I had traveled all night the night before. If you are doing construction work and there's a possibility that the noise could ruin a customer stay you should tell the customers up front that that is happening so they have a choice and where they stay at.

Checked in a little earlier than expected and was told that the date I booked the hotel was only until the 23 even though I called and asked to extend my stay a little earlier and then tell me that it’s a third party problem not theirs. Even after I showed them the confirmation information. I will not be booking through hotels.com or using this hotel again

We had a very good stay at the Quality Inn. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and having access to a clean, convenient laundry area was a big plus during our trip. The staff deserves special mention—they were all courteous, professional, and eager to help. The only drawbacks were a room door that didn’t always want to cooperate and some construction noise that could bother anyone trying to sleep in. Fortunately, it didn’t affect us. Even with those small issues, we were pleased with our stay and would gladly return.

What was good? Not much. It started with giving us the wrong room. I paid for a room with 2 queen size beds and instead the room had a 1 king size bed. Luckily they did have a room with 2 queen size beds. The beds were not comfortable, the mattress way to soft. The shower rod wasn't attached to the wall correctly. The continental breakfast, better get there early because the food is pretty picked over what is left is cold. Good luck finding someone to replenish the breakfast bar. The property needs a lot of work. The railings are loose, new paint would help but it looks like structural repairs are needed.

Very easy to find this property. The room was super nice! No carpet which is always good. The bed was super comfy. My only issue was how small the bathroom is. You had to life the toilet seat to open and close the door.
