The only issue I found was not with the property directly, there were so many people hanging out smoking the green, which is legal in the state, just not my thing and wished it didn’t smell so strongly at the entrances and some of the neighbors. Otherwise the property and staff were amazing.

Standard extended stay hotel - not luxurious, but it was clean and well-maintained. Parking was tricky at night due to several trailers and busses taking up multiple spots, but we did find a spot. If you are looking for a basic hotel for an inexpensive price, this is not a bad option.

I enjoyed my stay at Echo Suites Springfield MO. The staff, to include front desk and maid service, go above and beyond to assist with your needs and are always happy and pleasant. The hotel was also exceptionally clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Springfield. They deserve 10 stars.

The only thing that was unpleasant was the walls being so thin. I could hear the next rooms TV, conversations and even their cell phone vibrations as if they were in the same room with me. Everything else(staff, room,amenities etc) was wonderful

Quiet property that smelled new and fresh. Very clean. Great staff. No breakfast- which I don't eat anyway so I wasn't disappointed. I do not feel like paying for something I don't use. This hotel is close to the airport but there was no airport noise. Close to some restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

The rooms were nice but had some noise issues with neighbors and we requesrd to move rooms and were accommodated to another room on another floor. The staff are great. We weren't aware that certain types of pans were needed to use the stovetop and they don't have the kits right now for guests to rent/borrow so we couldn't use the stove. This was unfortunate as that was the whole reason we booked an extended stay. There could be signage as well when you turn in to better identify the front door/lobby.

The hotel is brand new, so it is very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the amenities are extremely disappointing. There is no ice machine available anywhere in the hotel. The property only has one coffee machine, and it is available only from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. According to hotel management, the reason is that the coffee machine uses too much electricity—equivalent to four soda machines—which is difficult to understand from a guest’s perspective. The hotel also features a full kitchen in the rooms, but there are no utensils, cookware, or basic items provided to actually use it. While the hotel is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the airport, there is no airport shuttle or transportation service. If guests need transportation, the hotel directs them to an outside individual who only accepts cash. The front desk staff always seem to have excuses instead of solutions. For a new hotel, the guest experience falls far below expectations. Even many budget motels offer better amenities and customer service than this property. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property was nice. However, I was disappointed with the front desk service because the check-in process took much longer than expected, even though I already had a reservation. 1. Great price. We stayed at the Royal Sonest in St. Louis the prior two nights so were attracted to this to lower our average cost. 2. Cubby Holes. One wall of the room had the full-size refrigerator, stove, a wide lower area where we could open both our suitcases, then a desk and after this was a shelf unit with 6 good-sized cubby-holes to store our bags - brilliant, and the first I have ever seen in a hotel room. 3. Walk-in shower - I liked stepping into the shower vs. a tub. 4. Was mostly quiet. I was dead tired, and before I fell asleep around 10 pm, a couple came into the room next to ours. They talked a lot, and I could hear them slightly, but I went right to sleep. My wife said they talked until 1 a.m., but this can happen anywhere. Also, in the morning there was a rumbling sound which sounded like an HVAC unit on the roof above our room #404, but was not that, so I don't know what made that deep rumble. I recommend not the 4th floor. The road outside started having some trucks and motorcycles at 7 p.m., but there was no interstate highway noise. 5. My wife wished there was Kleenex and there wasn't, but that is minor. 6. The lobby is attractive and has vending machines, and free coffee. 7. We went to McDonald's for breakfast and it was expensive and I wish I went instead to the Braums there. We would definitely go back.
