Forget your worries and relax in this spacious 4 bedroom house Beaver lake retreat. Located right next to Beaver lake and 1 mile from War Eagle Marina. The Space: This large 4 bedroom house has something for everyone. Located right next to Beaver lake and 1 mile from War Eagle Marina. The house has 3 bathrooms and a gym area. Garage is available for guests. Downstairs has a wide open game room with a wet bar, TV and fire place. The kitchen boasts an island and everything you need to enjoy meals before or after a day at the lake. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bathroom and TV. There are 3 living room area. One of them includes a work out area with machines and weights and also a desk. ★ Minutes from War Eagle Marina ★ Located by Beaver Lake ★ Indoor and outdoor entertainment ★ Multiple outdoor seating options ★ Fully equipped kitchen ★ Laundry room available for guests. ★ 300 sq ft back deck ★Fully equipped w/ cooking basics & spices, Keurig coffee maker, island, and all the basics to cook your own meals. ★ Free WiFi, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, washer/dryer, starter trash bags & paper towels, hair dryer, iron, central heating & A/C ★Driveway and garage (4 vehicles), We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. Hector was not truthful about access to the marina and where it says lake access on the photo is not true! All of the docks say private property. You would be walking in grass waist high if you are planning on fishing. We asked for a refund immediately after realizing that we would not have access to the lake for our boat. We left the property within 30 minutes of arriving. Hector stated he would give a full refund. Our vacation was booked in June. It is now the middle of August and we have not received our refund. Eight adults from Texas and Canada. Plenty of parking, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pull out. Three large seating areas inside and a great large deck area with lots of seating equipped with a gas grill, a charcoal grill even an electric smoker and propane fire pit, wow , wish the spring rains had stayed away for our two day visit and we could have enjoyed the premise even more. Plenty of wildlife in the area, look out for the deer on your way in and out. Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to walk down to the lake but on our next trip we certainly would. The residence was very well equipped with all we needed, Of course things used like charcoal were replaced for the next guests. The only downside was the residue odour from the cleaning solution which left a pinesol presence which seemed to renew after each absence. The host was readily available by phone for any questions and very accommodating. Thank you for the memorable stay, fantastic for family get togethers and would definitely stay again if available. ##### Francine G.
