Guests are surrounded with views of Zion National Park and are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, art galleries, a grocery store and steps away to shuttle stops for easy access to the park. This is not a shared space with the host so guests have full use of this quaint cottage. The home features original oil paintings by the host that are for sale. Location: The Historic Rose Cottage is in Springdale, Utah. The cottage is located at 1120 Zion Park Blvd.. If you are coming in from the south (e.g. Las Vegas) the cottage is the second driveway on your left as you pass the Springdale Fire Station and kiddy-corner to the Springdale Information Center. If you are coming in from the north (e.g., Bryce Canyon) the cottage is the second driveway on your right as you pass the Zion Canyon Lodge motel. It is located approximately one-half mile from the park entrance. We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon the Historic Rose Cottage! Only minutes away from the Zion entrance, it also made the perfect home base to take day trips to Bryce Canyon and Kanab. Everything was exactly as pictured…better even, as the photos just don’t do the two patio areas justice! Jack was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with, offering great suggestions for the area. If we ever find ourselves back in the area-and I feel that’s highly likely-we will definitely book the Cottage again! ##### Krista J.
