Located in a gorgeous lakeside neighborhood in the Ozark Mountains, our home offers luxury amenities for up to 8 guests, including a private outdoor patio, multiple living areas and huge, fully stocked kitchen. This is a shared property with Shoreline Cottage! The Space: Highlights: ★ DIRECT lake access! ★ Large, family-style home with tons of amenities. ★ Grand living room with ample seating. ★ Additional living area upstairs. ★ TWO dining areas. ★ Fully stocked kitchen with state-of-the-art amenities. ★ Sunroom with 4-top table and indoor grilling setup. ★ Sleeps 8! ★ 5 beds - 3 King beds, 1 Twin bunkbed. ★ Large private back deck with living, dining and gorgeous views! ★ Laundry room with washer and dryer. ★ Shower and lake towels provided. When you enter our home, you'll immediately see our formal dining area as well as our kitchen. Straight ahead sits our six-top dining area and to the right, you'll see our HUGE kitchen. This space is fully stocked with state-of-the-art amenities including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, high-end appliances and tons of built-in storage. On the opposite end of this space, you'll see a four-top dining table as well as a door leading to a formal seating area and sweeping lake views. Back through the formal dining room and kitchen, you'll enter into our main living space. We like to call this the grand living room! Here you'll have access to two seating areas - one near the TV and one near the gas fireplace. The area near the TV has a large leather couch, a lounge chair and a 55-inch LG smart TV. The area near the fireplace has two large leather couches, two lounge chairs and an ottoman. Both areas are surrounded by gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Beaver Lake. At the far end of the living room, you'll see a door leading to our Sunroom. To the left, you'll see a four-top dining table sitting in a bank of windows - a gorgeous place to enjoy a meal. To the right, you'll have access to our indoor grilling area, where you'll find a propane grill and fully stocked kitchenette. From here, you'll also have access to our side patio. At the top of the stairs, you'll see a small lounge area with two cozy chairs and a 43-inch Samsung Smart TV. After a long day out on the lake, choose from one of our four luxury bedrooms. Downstairs: (1) Our first Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, large walk-in closet, 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, lounge area and en suite bathroom. (2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, dresser, lounge area, small desk, telescope and nearby bathroom. Upstairs: (3) Our second Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, large walk-in closet, lounge area, 35-inch Roku Smart TV and en suite bathroom. (4) Our fourth bedroom has a Twin-size bunkbed, small play area and attached bathroom. Head outside to enjoy our large, private deck with sweeping views of Beaver Lake and the Ozark Mountains! Here, you'll find three four-top dining tables and a propane grill. To access Beaver Lake, all you have to do is make the short, easy walk off the backyard! If you're looking to experience NWA with a bigger crew, make sure to check out Shoreline Cottage! These two homes sit on the same property and share outdoor amenities and lake access, making it the perfect additional housing for a big group. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Other Things to Note: ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ Once at the property, the nearest boat ramp is at Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6 mi), the nearest gas station and grocery store is Hometown Country Store (9 mi), the nearest restaurant is Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi), and the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi). ★ The dock is not available for guests. This is strictly enforced. ★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays. House Rules that are strictly enforced: \- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. \- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. \- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. \- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. \- This is a non-smoking home. This would have been a 5-star review; however, the maintenance on the property was disappointing. The property manager was very communicative, but ineffective. Only two of four burners worked on the cooktop and the igniter sparked continuously when it was ON, the AC in the primary BR was inadequate and there was a leak in the primary bath that caused the carpet in the primary BR to be wet the entire 4 nights of our stay. We reported this issues to the property manager on check-in and were repeatedly assured that they would be addressed, but no maintenance ever occurred. This is disappointing because they acknowledged that they knew about the issues with the cooktop and the bathroom leak before we arrived. ##### Brian S. It's a great, large floorplan on an ideal lakefront lot with a 3-car garage and upscale finishes and furnishings. The location was close enough to Bentonville, Eureka Springs, and Branson to enjoy day trip adventures and then return to a secluded, serene home. Séjour de 2 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Patty D. 16 juin 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Quiet Luxury on the Lake We had a lovely weekend girls retreat at Shoreline Serenity. The property was beautiful, remote, and quiet - every bit as elegant as in the pictures. We enjoyed traveling to Eureka Springs one day, and Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville on another. We did not take advantage of the kitchens (indoor or outdoor). We also did not get in the lake, but we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the fishermen, geese, bald eagles, and bluffs across the way. ##### Patty D. Upon check in the counters were grimy, floors poorly vacuumed, dishes put away but had food debris on them and the bed sheets had pubic hairs on them. I let the management company know and they apologized and refunded $100 for the time we had to clean. I was grateful but things just kept mounting up. We wanted to cook out as they had advertised having a grill. The thing was filthy and second you started it, the outside room filled with smoke. The exhaust fan wasn’t even connected and quickly filled the outside room with smoke. Had to open all windows, doors etc to air it out. They have very limited dishes to use for cooking. Good luck finding things as they are spread out randomly through the several cabinets. The decor is anxiety driving and should be revisited. Our garbage can outside was overflowing so we could not take our trash out which there was trash left from last visitors as well. The place stunk upon check in and had to air it out for a couple hours. Cigar right outside the back door and cigarette bits so I assume last people were smokers and this wasn’t addressed. Lastly our last night a smoke alarm started chirping all night. Despite following all normal procedures it wouldn’t stop. Woke up my entire family and we were exhausted the next day. I let them know I expected a night refunded for this and all the issues. They refunded about 1/3 of a night. This is poorly managed and I’d pick another one. ##### Stephen L. Walk in closets in every bedroom that are perfect for pack and plays. Host was very responsive and checked in often. Only small complaint is that they need more towels and wash cloths in every bathroom. We would love to stay here again! ##### Jessica L.
