Fund contest. Awaken your inner astronomer with serene lake views and vibrant starry night skies. This is a unique escape for those who seek wonder. The treehouse feels private but has easy access to all the amenities of Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville, or Fayetteville. Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find beach access to launch kayaks. Inside the main living area Geodesic Dome: \- Bright, pristine interior with plenty of natural lighting and a giant hexagon window in the loft \- A geodesic dome ceiling with an at-home star projector that can turn the ceiling into a planetarium (perfect for cloudy days!) \- A kitchenette with an electric cook top, mini fridge, coffee nook, microwave, and other essentials \- Bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower and custom tile mosaic \- Curved staircase to an expansive loft with a queen sized bed \- Comfortable sofa that converts to another queen sized bed on the bottom floor \- High speed 5G internet Inside the Observatory Tower: \- A completely clear polycarbonate dome ceiling for stargazing \- High powered telescopes for guests to use \- Color-changing LED lighting around the rim of the clear dome and through the hallway \- TV/media room with a Roku streaming device Featuring outside: \- BBQ grill, a picnic table, and lounge chairs on the deck \- Year-round lake view \- Nearly a full wrap around deck \- An upper tower balcony featuring the best views of the lake and sky Guests can access all parts of the treehouse except for one of the utility closets under the stairs. Important Note: This is a very unique structure. The Observatory Tower (clear dome) is subject to more temperature changes than the rest of the home. This means it will be hotter or colder in the Observatory Tower than the rest of the home. We do have a larger mini split up in the tower to help heat/cool the area. This also helps circulate to the lower part of the tower in the TV room. Guests should be aware that the Observatory Tower’s main purpose is for stargazing and may not be your ideal temperature. The rest of the structure (main dome) is not affected by this and will be a normal comfortable temperature. I saw this home on Instagram about a year ago and finally had the chance to come to Arkansas! The home is super cute, just as pictured. It’s within a drivable distance for a day in Eureka Springs, which was so fun! DoorDash/UberEats options are pretty decent for being in a more remote area. We saw a few deer, squirrels, turtles and birds from the expansive patio. The only minor issue we ran into were the telescopes were hard to work, they just felt pretty loose from a lot of wear and tear but the views were still great! ##### Brittany F.
