Spring Valley Vacation Packages

The location is walking distance to a lot of stores and attractions. My room was clean, and the courteous staff were attentive to my needs.

Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed our room and how everything was clean. There was no microwave so don’t try to bring food if you need to reheat it. Fridge was also not strong to freeze my ice cream so be aware. All the staff were kind and helpful. Rooftop was beautiful but the glass floor was out of service. The hotel was close to Michigan Ave so heading to stores was a breeze. Overall, had an amazing time with my partner and would recommend reserving a room at this establishment.

A nice property, the rooms were newly renovated and very clean. Good for a male traveler - not sure a single woman would feel as safe. There is no central lobby. One thing to note is no thermostat in the room - apparently controlled centrally by " the front desk" - so you need to call them to adjust room temperature. That said, hotel is a good value - plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, and a target w food and Starbucks literally next door.

Perfect location, and met all my needs.

Friendly staff. High quality of finishes in hotel. Good restaurant downstairs.
