Our room was very clean and comfortable; however, we were lacking enough towels and washcloths for our length of stay. As the front desk has limited hours, we were not able to request additional towels and washcloths.

I had never heard of this chain before, so I didn't know what to expect. I was blow away by how nice and clean the rooms were. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. Beautiful with a fully functional kitchen! Would highly recommend and we will be staying here next time we are in town.

Great location! It was very close to the hospital and that was the reason we came to Jackson. The host allowed us to check in just a few hours early. Which we were very happy about because we just drove 10 hours and just needed to freshen up. The home is just as described. I loved the mid century ...
