Great place to stay on Watts Bar Lake

The townhome is very spacious, well decorated, comfortable, and in a great location by the water. Check in was super easy and I could have not been happier with our stay!

All inclusive lake stay

The town house is conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, everything you may need. Yet, it is on the lake, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. It has everything you need to use during your stay and very home like and comfortable. It has been my favorite place to stay and I will reserve it again when I need to stay in the area.

Great place!

Location was perfect! House was clean and decorated so nice. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Dock is only a short walk. Property is quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place

Wonderful place to stay. Loved being on the water and was able to sit in the morning, drink my coffee and watch a pair of eagles trying to catch fish. What a great way to start the day. The condo was modern and roomy with everything we needed. We hope to be able to go back.

Gem on the Lake

Our stay at the property was wonderful. The home was exactly as described. It was well stocked with everything you may need. It was decorated beautifully and felt very homelike. Cudos to the owners and the cleaning staff! It was very clean and would highly recommend for anyone looking to spend time at the lake! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location and townhouse! We could not have asked for anything more. The pictures could not tell us just how great an experience my family and I would have. Thank you for sharing this space with us and the many more who’ll have opportunity to enjoy it also!!!

Beautiful home

We came from Maine to visit my hubby's family and wanted a neutral location. We made the right decision! Communicating with the owner and evolve was great. Not only is this a beautiful townhouse, the views from balcony were lovely to watch sunrise and sunsets. Our daughter loved being on the lake to swim. It was all perfect. I can't think of one negative thing about our stay. We will definitely stay again when we come back. Thank you for making us feel like we were home while away from home.

Would stay again!

We really enjoyed this townhouse. Lots of space, complex was quiet. The keyless keypad was very convenient. I would recommend taking slippers. Downstairs floor wasn’t the cleanest, our feet were black. But that wouldn’t stop us from staying again. It was about 30mins to Dayton, TN. The reason why we stayed. My kids really enjoyed the little beach area. We never had an issue with parking 2 vehicles. The couple days, that we had 2.
