Check in staff was very disrespectful and was no help at all. I always have some type problem checking in

Updated rooms are lovely. We asked on the first day to have our room cleaned daily. This did not happen without a struggle. Be prepared to be on hold for housekeeping or the front desk for at least 20 minutes, or wait in line to talk to someone at the front desk. We had to locate our own towels, etc. Management was sympathetic, but somehow, room was not cleaned the following day without a struggle. I do not know if this was true for other guests.
