It kept the spirit of the old city of Split. It's located in a small and quiet street, offering guests peace and privacy, but close to the city facilities. Diocletian's Palace and Riva are within a few minutes' walk. Our guests can enjoy a house consisting of ground floor (kitchen, bathroom and living room) and low attic (bedroom). It has 2 air-conditions, Wi-Fi, Cable TV (with streaming service on demand), fully equipped kitchen, so our guests can enjoy the vacation. We also provide self check-in. It was very clean and tidy and the access system was easy without the host present. This old house isnt far from the centre of Split but is positioned down a dark alleyway. It has been renovated as far as a small house can be done functionally apart from two things. The shower was not attached to the wall properly and the spiral staircase was very unstable and not attached to the wall securely. It is nice and central, with only a 5 -10 minute stroll to Diocletian's Palace, the sea front, and all the wonderful things Split has to offer. The property itself is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated in a tasteful shabby chic style, that is cosy, welcoming and full of character. Although small, the apartment has everything you could possibly need for a short, or even longer break. The bedroom ceiling is low but it so suits the house, and only adds to it's charm and character. However, this is accessed via a spiral staircase, so may not suit a less abled person. Communication is great with the property owner Sanja, she is keen that everything goes well on your stay. She even went above and beyond when I left my wallet in the apartment, and she kindly posted it onto me, making sure I received it promptly and safely. Die Deckenhöhe oben im Schlafzimmer ist ca. 1,20 am niedrigsten Punkt. Für große Menschen daher nicht zu empfehlen.
