The condo was quite spacious and we did enjoy the balcony area. With that said, the place simply needs a fresh eye on it to freshen it up a bit and definitely needs new towels... I found it disconcerting that there were no provisions available to separate trash and recycling in the condo. There were, however, 4 trash and recycling containers in back of coffee shop that we were expected to haul out front and return. Of course we complied with that although I had to wonder why this became our chore to take out the coffee shops trash. There is NO designated parking. My husband inquired at the insurance shop next door if we could park in their lot until street parking became available which they kindly granted.
