Upstairs you have a second master suite with a king size bed with its own keurig, private bathroom and private entrance to the 2nd floor deck overlooking the street scene. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a full over twin. Each bedroom upstairs has its own AIr conditioning wall unit to assist with the central air during the really hot summer months.

The downstairs (finished basment) offers a private level all of its own!!! A queen bedroom, adjoining full bathroom, laundry facilities and small kitchen with full size refrigerator and game room.

This home has so many great features for any kind of group. All groups are welcome however we do not allow any kind of parties….no bachelor/bachelorette parties, sorority/fraternity or large gatherings. The pool is ONLY FOR THE OCCUPANTS of this home. If your group is renting multiple homes in the area it is NOT allowed to all gather on this homes premises. Minumum age requirement of 25, No pets and no amplified music. All guests are expected to be respectful of the residential neighbors.
