We had a number of issues and they dealt with them immediately. What we were unhappy about was the general condition of the property and specifically, things like lights not working, poor condition of the grill and difficulty using the "smart" TV. It was incredibly clean, well appointed and nicely located. There is plenty of room in this cape for all; a big family or 3/4 couples. There is a game room, a fire pit, and an outside shower that all added to our stay. There is a management service involved and they require an extra fee. We didn't need to get in touch with them for anything, but their contact information and book of instructions were available if we needed them. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to be near beautiful Chatham, but a little out of the way of all the traffic. We had our choice of visiting two local beaches with plenty of parking.
