Our room was very clean and comfortable. After a day of traveling, it was great to relax in our room. The morning breakfast was fresh & offered a good variety of food for the guests. I would stay there again.

Watchman Villas was easily one of the best stays of our trip. We stayed at The Pinyon as a group of two families, and the setup was perfect for us. The villa had two spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, which made it extremely convenient and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was also friendly. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and utensils, which made it easy to manage meals. One of the biggest perks was the free laundry—such a bonus after long days of hiking. The location is excellent, with a shuttle stop, coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance. Views from the villa were spectacular. We were able to leave our car at the villa and reach the Zion Visitor Center via shuttle in under 10 minutes. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and convenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again, especially when traveling with family or a group.

If you want to glamp near Zion NP, this is your place. 20 min into Springdale.

The parking lot is good but limited space the room very clean and spacious no tables or chairs and no microwave or coffee maker in the room.They offer microwave on the lobby and have brewed coffee. Their coffee tastes horrible so I ended up paying 6$ near by coffee shop. Please consider your options.
