Felicia is the best thing that's happened to extended stay. Yash is really friendly and helpful and honestly I have zero negative experiences with the staffing. They're a huge reason why I keep coming back!

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. However, the room especially in the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The counter in the kitchen was dirty and stained. I found hairs on the wash cloth and hand towel. The cleanliness was very much lacking and I won’t be staying there again. I believe this place is part hotel and part shelter.

Front desk staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed. The full size refrigerator was a plus. Stove top is very convenient even though I didn't need to use it. I will definitely be a returning guest... Thanks again Paula James

Felicia made me feel like home. Her smile and warm embrace was more than enough for me, but she also contributes to peace and happiness simply thru her being attentive and caring. She'll also hold a conversation with you if you're willing to speak with her. Extremely friendly professional. Perhaps that style of professionalism will rub off on the rest of the staff. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay.

We requested a non-smoking room, it smelled like an ashtray and it had not been cleaned well. The only positive was that it was pet friendly
