"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

"Very nice property, excellent restaurant, good service except our room was not cleaned. We stayed for two nights and there was a wedding party each night. Quite noisy and disturbing until very late in the night or rather early in the morning. It is a pity our stay at this beautiful stylish property suffered from the above. So make sure you book here only when you are a member of the respective wedding party!"

"I chose this hotel based on many recommendations and we were not disappointed. When we arrived, the receptionist could not see our reservation for some reason but after providing her with our reservation print-out, they straightened everything out and gave us a great room to stay in. "These apartments are very safe, clean and have all the amenities needed for a family visit. I traveled with my two daughters so having a nice area to prepare meals is a must for me. Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. We walked back to the hotel from the Main Square at night and it felt safe to do so. "
