숙박은 추천하지 않습니다.

시설이 낡았다는 평은 많이 들어서 크게 기대하고 가지 않았지만 실제로 보니 충격적이었음. 옛스러움과 관리를 하지 않아 낡아 보이는 것은 큰 차이가 있음. 방안에 있는 가구들은 모두 망가져 있고, 냉장고도 재활용센터에서도 보기 어려울 정도의 오래된 상태. 트래디셔널룸(황토온돌방)에서 묵었는데 욕실의 전구도 깜박깜박이고, 욕실에 창문이 없어서 답답함. 잘 때 방안 온도는 적절해서 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었음. 전체 평은...온천은 할 만 하겠으나 절대로 숙박은 하고 싶지 않은 곳임. 시설이 노후화 된 것이 문제가 아니라 관리를 안 하고 있는 것이 문제임.

와이프가 친구와 함께 다녀왔는데 아주 좋았다고 합니다. 두번째 방문이네요. 12월에 한번 더 가려했는데 주말은 예약이 안되는 것 같습니다.

온천욕을 하기 위해 들렀습니다. 두번째로 이용했는데 역시 물이 좋습니다. 지난번에는 3인용을, 이번에는 2인용을 선택했는데 욕조가 좀 작았습니다. 다음에 또 이용 계획입니다.

옛추억의 속초여행^^

속초에서 일했던 옛추억을 떠올리며 찾은 곳^^ 저녁10시 도착하자마자 탕에 온천물을 받으며 짐 풀고 체크아웃 후 때가 때인만큼 마스크쓰고 찾은 사우나~노천탕까지 모든것이 완벽했어요^^ 또 올께요^^

사우나는 자주 이용했지만 호텔은 첨 이용했는데 오래되어서 그런지 옛날 숙박시설 같았으나 깨끗했고 조용했으며 특히 온천욕을 룸에서 즐길 수 있어서 아주 좋았고 다음에도 다시 이용할 예정입니다^^

욕실 청결 상태

온천수가 펑펑 채워지는 객실 욕조는 최고 였습니다, 욕조바닥이 옥돌 인것은 역시 창찬 할먼 합니다. 그런데 변기 주변에 검은 곰팡이가 새카마케 번식하고 있어 청결 상태가 심히 우려 되었습니다.

좋았습니다.

설악산구경, 바다구경과 더불어 온천욕을 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 객실에서도 온천물이 너무 잘 나와서, 큰 불편없이 지냈습니다. 단, 침대가 너무 오래 되서 교체가 필요해 보였습니다. 집사람이 다음에도 이용하겠다고 만족해 해서 척산온천을 잘 선택했다는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 쉬었다 왔습니다.

먼저 가족실은 어린아이(5세)와 즐기기에 더할나위없이 좋았습니다 다만 체크인 시간(실제 6시)이 본 사이트에 안내된것(2시)과 달라 조금 당황스러웠는데 이후 조금 당겨주셔서 큰 무리 없었습니다. 또, 처음 체크인시 욕실 청소상태가 불량(이전 이용자 수건 방치)했으나 바로 재청소 해주셨습니다 종종 이용해볼생각 입니다

개별 온천욕이 좋은 숙소

부부이용자로 코로나시대에 안전하게 객실에서 온천욕과 숙박을 함께 할수있어 좋았다. 특히 대형 욕조와 바가지탕등이 다른곳과 차별화되어 편리함. 침구도 청결하고 숙박시 필요한 비품들(드라이어,빗,칫솔세트,면도기 등)도 갖추어져 있다. 다만 객실소독이 잘 되어있는지만 확인이 되면 더욱 안전한 여행이 될거같다.

빠른 체크인, 친절한 직원, 객실 온천은 모두 훌륭했지만, 두 가지 아쉬움이 있습니다. 객실 방바닥에 핀 곰팡이, 불편한 베개.
