SUMMIT #301A - 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH - BEDDING: MASTER BR Queen, BR #2 Queen, and BR #3 2 Twins. This third floor condo has a big living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, gas fireplace, and a washer/dryer. The Village is only a short walk and the shuttle bus comes right to the complex. Great Western views of the sunset.

Summit is located across the road from the Rimfire Lodge and below the General Parking Lot.. Snowshoe Mountain is made up of three distinct areas with trail options ranging from manicured groomers to challenging steeps, bumps, and glades. The charming mountain-top village has a variety of activities to match. This Summit condo is the perfect place to spend a long weekend and you will not want to leave! Snowshoe boasts the most slopes and vertical descent of any resort in the mid-Atlantic.

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Things were well organized and as advertised. It was difficult to get in the first night. Snow had frozen the outer screen door shut. Only other issue we saw was corkscrew in the kitchen was broken

Great location

This condo is perfectly located for easy access to and from skiing. We were a group of 5 with 4 adults and 2 older teens. The reason for the 4-star review is that no sheets were provided for the sleeper sofa. We had to hunt for extra quilts to use as the sheets. The large armoire in the living room should be removed replaced with a wall mounted TV, to provide more room for the # of people the condo sleeps.

Great ski trip

The property was very clean and just right for our short ski trip. Parking was a little tight from Friday evening to Sunday morning but still better than places up the stairs. Overall an excellent stay!

The summit was a great location to snowshoe slopes. We would stay in that complex again. I wouldn’t recommend walking up & down steps to slopes with all your gear on since it’s steep & can be tiring. Walking up there to dinner or shop is fine. The condo was great, clean , has many supplies for cooking & a shovel if you need to dig out your vehicle. The condo is an end unit which was nice b/c we barely heard neighbors & no one is walking frequently past the front door as other units. Two of the bedrooms are at the front where there are windows to walking deck, which we were surprised. Again not a problem b/c we were end unit. The views off the back deck were picturesque. There are a few things that need tending too. The twin mattresses need updating , kids said were uncomfortable. The pillows need replacing in all rooms, as they were old & brown, not comfy either. Lastly the room with the twin beds is freezing w/door open or closed. There’s no thermostat in there.

Great condo but uncomfortable beds

Overall, my family enjoyed this condo and had a great time. My one complaint is that the beds and pillows are not comfortable. The mattresses are too hard and the pillows are too thin. We found the pullout couch to be the most comfortable. I wont go back unless they are replaced.

Long weekend family ski trip

Overall, property quality and cleanliness was fine. We were completely without wi-fi for two days which was hard with small children. Dryer is NOT connected to the vent which is a safety hazard, please check. Shower knobs in “master” run into each other and make having decent water pressure with hot water difficult. Could stand a small vacuum for sand and crumbs, and a coffee scoop for measuring coffee. Snow came in through sliding glass door at the back. We had a wonderful, fun family trip in your place! Thank you!

301A Summit Snowshoe WVA

The best thing about this property was the view from the deck of the Shenandoah mountains with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! The property was very clean and sleeps 6 but it is cramped. The Snowshoe village where the ski rentals and slopes, shops and restaurants are was only a short walk away but might be a challenge for older/elderly adults as the stairs are long and steep. We would rent again.

Great location and great experience!

The location of the property was amazing! Just a short walk to the nearest slopes for skiing/snowboarding. A shuttle can take you to Silver Creek for night skiing which was also a short walk away! Overall had no issues with check-in or with the property so didn't really have to message the owner.
