The two bedrooms and two full baths made for a very comfortable experience with our family! God also blessed us to be able to see a beautiful sunrise from the sun porch. Would highly recommend!
The unit we stayed in was tucked in a corner of the building, which was great! Not a lot of noise from people coming in or out, or using the hot tubs. The unit was clean and just as expected.
Overall good experience but would not stay here next time. Here is why:
1. Have to walk up/down a big ramp from/to the soaring eagle lift. Although the distant isn’t horrible, it’s definitely a workout. There are quite a few properties that are a lot more walking friendly.
2. It’s claimed to have recently renovated, yet the bathroom hardwares, particularly the shower heads haven’t been replaced for at least maybe 15- 20 years.
3. Kitchenwares are also worn out very badly that calls for replacement
4. Properties owner has replaced a sleeper sofa but not the very worn out single sofa.

Decently maintained commercial rental property with nice indoor hot tubs
Before going into the negatives, there were some nice qualities about this stay. The interior was clean and spotless. The couch, beds and pillows were comfortable. There were 4 hot tubs and a game room there but no more than 2 hot tubs were open when we wanted to go for one reason or another (they closed promptly at 10PM). Parking was plentiful and the Soaring Eagle lift was a 5 minute walk downhill. I saw a few people waiting for the bus but never saw anyone get picked up there over 4 days.
I have never seen a *camera inside a rental property* but there was some kind of smart home system on the wall as soon as you entered the door (wall mounted tablet) along with a motion detector on the other side of the room. The screen didn't seem to be functioning.
Most of the games in the game room were broken or turned off but there was a pool table. The Snowcrest property as a whole looks quite dated inside with a fresh coat of paint. The slope of the indoor ramps was comical and had signs stating "for cleaning staff use only" so the only other option is to carry bags up stairs (elevator doesn't directly reach floor). The listing agent implied that their family had stayed there and played board games that they left for us (there were none) and there were so many small issues that made it was clear a family that owned the place had never stayed there, or hadn't in years. The kitchenware looked like it came from the dumpster at Goodwill and the oven was installed incorrectly so it sits at almost a 15 degree angle leaning back. The sliding door to the porch was totally non functional and the dining room table was missing so many screws it was about to fall apart. Anyone who touched the table or door must have known so it is surprising the cleaning crew who did such a good job elsewhere didn't mention that to the property manager or that they took no action. It took about 40 hours to get the table issue resolved (~30 hours, 3 messages and two phone calls before we got a response) and between that and the door the maintenance person spent an hour there before giving up on the door.
Overall, the stay was decent and the issues we encountered were not major detriments. I will likely stay at a different property on my next trip to Snowshoe but I wouldn't completely rule this place out. Most condos in the building were empty through the weekend and the few people we met were mostly renting from friends and had come back to Snowcrest over multiple years.
